Online Sales Suite — 2026
A complete digital sales environment for residential developments. One platform manages everything — from asset setup to buyer discovery to your sales team's lead pipeline.
Platform overview
Every development gets three distinct portals — each built for a different user, each talking to the same live database.
Phase 1 of 3
Everything needed to run a development — project setup, asset management, inventory, VR tours, and hotspot placement — managed from a single dashboard with no developer needed for day-to-day updates.

Phase 1 of 3
The buyer-facing experience. Leads register with name, email and phone, then access a private branded portal to explore the development at their own pace — no sales pressure, no friction.
What the buyer experiences, step by step
Phase 2 of 3 — Next build
Phase 2 adds the data layer and AI on top of the existing portal. Every interaction a lead has is tracked. That data feeds a personalised assistant — so each buyer gets answers tailored to what they've actually seen.
Phase 3 of 3
The sales team gets their own environment — a dashboard showing every registered lead, what they've interacted with, what they've shortlisted, and an AI assistant to surface who's closest to buying.
Build roadmap
Fully live. Central Park is the working demonstration — 35 units, 5 galleries, 8-node VR tour, floor plates, and full mobile experience.
Next build. Adds the data and AI layer on top of the existing portal — no redesign needed, pure new capability.
The sales team's side of the platform. Turns buyer behaviour data into actionable sales intelligence.
Client model
Not every client comes with the same assets or the same needs. The platform is built to handle all three scenarios — from a promoter who needs everything to one who just needs the software.
The promoter arrives with a project and a vision. Crealys delivers CGIs, VR tour, floor plans, brochures and copy — then feeds it all directly into the platform. Platform subscription runs on top of the production work.
The promoter already has CGIs, a VR tour, brochures and floor plans. They subscribe to the SalesSuite for the lead portal, agent dashboard and AI layer — pure platform subscription, no production work needed.
Large-scale, tailored deployments — multiple sub-projects, villa plots, individual masterplans, custom features beyond the standard platform. Scoped and priced per engagement on top of the retainer.
Working together
The platform exists because of your vision for what real estate sales could look like. It works because the technical foundation is already built — and kept evolving. This is the structure that makes it sustainable for both sides.
What you bring
What I bring
The structure
A fixed monthly fee covering platform development, all hosting and infrastructure, AI API costs, and ongoing availability as your technical partner. Absorbs the existing hosting arrangement.
A percentage of SalesSuite subscription revenue from every client on the platform. Costs nothing until it's earning — and grows automatically as the client base grows.
Montchoisy is the flagship. I know the project — I built the original site and the visit predecessor. The build is included in the first three months of the retainer. No extra invoice. It proves the platform and becomes the showpiece for every client conversation after.

Phase 1 is fully built and running. Walk through it as a buyer would — register, explore the VR, check availability, browse floor plans.
